Clear aligner orthodontics developer, Align Technology, has completed the acquisition of its distributor, Align Technology Do Brasil LTDA, with an aim to concentrate on the commercial, marketing and operational needs of doctors and patients in Brazil.
Align Technology will acquire a small team of employees from the distributor, who will continue working in Sao Paulo, Brazil, as part of the transaction.
