Neurometabolic devices developer EnteroMedics has completed the acquisition of BarioSurg.
The acquisition enables EnteroMedics to access the target company’s Gastric Vest System, which is a minimally invasive, laparoscopically implanted medical device being investigated for weight loss in morbidly obese patients.
