In-vitro diagnostics company Diagnostica Stago has completed the acquisition of HemoSonics, a point-of-care diagnostics developer based in Virginia, US.

Diagnostica Stago will access HemoSonic’s patented Sonic Estimation of Elasticity via Resonance (SEER) technology and its associated QuantraTM hemostasis analyser.

Mediq France has been acquired by Novomed Group, a disposable medical kits manufacturer based in France.

As part of Davita's strategy to boost its Polish business unit, the company has acquired haemodialysis services provider Centrum Dializa.

The acquisition brings the number of dialysis clinics owned by DaVita to 214 in 11 countries.
