Sterigenics International has acquired Nelson Laboratories. Following the transaction, Nelson’s operations in Salt Lake City, Utah, US, will be combined with Sterigenics’s existing microbiological and analytical testing and consultancy SteriPro Labs.
The combined entities will be marketed under the Nelson Labs brand name and operate as a standalone business unit in Sterigenics.
