The tools are expected to detect SARS-CoV-2 targeted PC and facilitated proteases with biological samples. They can also screen for these enzyme inhibitors.
Chapters Health Foundation has secured funding to procure 2,000 personal protective equipment (PPE) kits with the help of a $50,000 grant from Regions Bank. The kit is made of one N95 mask, isolation mask, disposable isolation gown, shoe covers, cap, face shield and disposable gloves. These kits are expected to aid its team members, patients and families.
