The company plans to increase its market reach with the development of value-added services in addition to the portfolio of diagnostic assays.

The two kits focus on studies of SARS-CoV-2 targeted furin or proprotein convertase (PC) cleavage activity. The tools are expected to detect SARS-CoV-2 targeted PC and facilitated proteases with biological samples. They can also screen for these enzyme inhibitors.

Chapters Health Foundation has secured funding to procure 2,000 personal protective equipment (PPE) kits with the help of a $50,000 grant from Regions Bank. The kit is made of one N95 mask, isolation mask, disposable isolation gown, shoe covers, cap, face shield and disposable gloves. These kits are expected to aid its team members, patients and families.
