Tekscan have announced it will be demonstrating its VEGA-3 large-chamber scanning electron microscope (SEM) with an Oxford Instruments electronic data system (EDS) at the MS&T in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Present from 24 October to 26 October, Tekscan will be presenting in the exhibit hall, Booth 201.
The VEGA series was designed with respect to a wide range of SEM applications and needs in today’s research and industry. This SEM provides its users with the advantages of the latest technology, such as new improved high-performance electronics for faster image acquisition, am ultra-fast scanning system with compensation for static and dynamix image aberrations, all while maintaining the best price-to-performance ratio.
Hall opening hours are 4:30pm-6:00pm on 24 October, 10:00am-6:00pm on 25 October, and 9:30am-2:00pm on 26 October.
