The agreement is for the supply of Felix cartridges and consoles for use in Monash IVF’s network of 22 clinics situated in all mainland capital cities.

According to the companies, the agreement follows the conclusion of a pivotal clinical trial of Felix by Monash IVF, which ended in 2025.

Monash IVF is said to be among Australia’s prominent assisted reproductive technology providers, reporting 12,085 stimulated in vitro fertilisation (IVF) cycles in the 2025 financial year and holding approximately a 21% share of the Australian market for stimulated IVF.

Implementation will begin with a three-month rollout phase involving two Monash IVF sites. This phase will focus on system deployment, staff training, troubleshooting, and gathering outcome data from both embryology and clinical use.

The full 12-month supply period will begin if the initial stage meets its requirements, expanding Felix implementation throughout Monash IVF’s Australian network.

Initial deliveries of cartridges and consoles are anticipated to begin immediately as part of the rollout.

The agreement’s commercial terms remain confidential, but Memphasys stated the deal represents a significant value commitment and forms the basis for potential recurring revenue.

The structure includes a quarterly ordering schedule, which the company says assists in production planning and cash flow management.

There is also provision for performance reviews and discussions regarding possible extension beyond the initial term, with scope for additional volume if Felix adoption grows within Monash IVF or with other users.

Memphasys commercialisation committee chair Marjan Mikel said: “Executing this agreement with Monash IVF is a significant commercial milestone for Memphasys, validating both the clinical value of Felix and our commercialisation strategy.

“Beyond the contracted revenue opportunity, Monash IVF provides a world-class reference customer and a strong platform to support broader adoption of Felix across Australia and international markets.”

Memphasys reports it has the necessary manufacturing and supply chain capabilities in place to meet both the Monash IVF agreement and future expansion opportunities.
