High Edge Consulting has announced the completion of its sale to US-based company, Maetrics LLC.
The acquisition is excellent news for customers and employees of both companies, as the complementary strengths of the two businesses will be integrated to support the growth of Maetrics as well as providing the company with a strategic base in the UK and Europe.
High Edge Consulting will be renamed Maetrics Ltd and will continue to be based at BioCity Nottingham serving the same client portfolio, but with the support of Maetrics LLC.
Established in 2002, High Edge Consulting has on average grown by 52% year-on-year since 2009 and will be able to realise further growth opportunities. This includes the immediate need to recruit for five new office positions. Founder and managing director of High Edge Consulting, Peter Rose and Director, Louisa Rose, will remain full-time directors.
Indianapolis, US-based Maetrics LLC is one of the leading consulting firms for compliance and quality in the life sciences industry and has experienced double digit growth over the past three years.

As a combined entity the company will provide compliance and quality services to companies spanning the entire life sciences industry, including markets such as Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Nutritional, and other FDA and Notified Body-regulated industries.
