The latest design solutions in the field of fans satisfy very high standards with respect to stability under a wide range of environmental influences such as temperature, water, dust, salt and chemically active media. ebm-papst offers robust, reliable and low-noise DC compact fans with protection ratings up to IP68.
Brushless, electronically commutated drives combined with integrated electronic controls and gears constitute ultra-dynamic, durable and low-noise drive systems. These can be employed as an auxiliary drive for a wheelchair or as a drive for a dialysis pump.
At COMPAMED 2011 ebm-papst showcased specially tailored solutions developed for customer applications in the form of respirator masks with air blowers. The development process is based on the systematic implementation of relevant standards of modular development with subsequent process steps for qualification, verification and finally validation of the customer requirements. This process ensures that the high quality standards demanded in medical technology are satisfied.
