Out of the total IT job titles posted by Danaher, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 56.29% in June 2021, and a 22.22% drop over May 2021, while Computer Support Specialists claimed a share of 12.94% in June 2021, and registered a 12.12% an increase. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 9.44% in June 2021, a 30.77% drop from May 2021.
North America drives IT hiring at Danaher
North America emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in June 2021 with a 46.85% share, which marked a 10.07% drop over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 29.02%, registering a 4.6% month-on-month decline. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 22.73% share and a 38.1% drop over May 2021.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 1.05% and a month-on-month an flat growth.South & Central America stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 0.35%, registering an 80% drop over the previous month.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 43.01% share in June 2021, a 15.17% decline over May 2021. India featured next with a 17.83% share, down 21.54% over the previous month.United Kingdom recorded a 6.29% share, an increase of 63.64% compared with May 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Danaher IT hiring activity in June 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 58.74%, down by 22.94% from May 2021. Mid Level positions with a 24.13% share, a decline of 17.86% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 17.13% share, up 6.52% over May 2021.
