Belgium-based company Esri’s IT hiring increased by 13.9% in July 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics.

The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 15.38% in July 2021 when compared with June 2021.

IT jobs claimed a 46.86% share in the company’s total hiring activity in July 2021, and recorded a 0.46% growth over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Esri IT hiring in July 2021

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Esri, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 85.71% in July 2021, and a 122.22% growth over June 2021, while Computer and Information Analysts claimed a share of 8.57% in July 2021, and registered a 100% increase. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 1.43% in July 2021, a 50% drop from June 2021.

North America drives IT hiring at Esri

North America emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in July 2021 with an 84.29% share, which marked a 90.32% growth over the previous month.

Europe stood next with 12.86%, registering a 350% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 2.86% share and a flat growth over June 2021.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with an 82.86% share in July 2021, an 87.1% growth over June 2021. Austria featured next with a 10% share, up 600% over the previous month.Germany recorded a 2.86% share, an increase of 100% compared with June 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead Esri IT hiring activity in July 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 51.43%, up by 111.76% from June 2021. Entry Level positions with a 38.57% share, a growth of 58.82% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Mid Level job ads with 10% share, up 600% over June 2021.
