Of the industry's total hiring activity, the highest number of new job postings were for Business and Financial Operations Occupations, which accounted for 14% of the total new job postings in Q2 2024 and were up by 9% year-on-year. Second highest were Management Occupations, which accounted for 13% and rise by 20% year-on-year, and third highest were Office and Administrative Support Occupations, which were 42% of the new job postings and 31% lower year-on-year.
