The industry’s overall hiring increased by 6.16% in July 2021 compared with June 2021.

Top five medical companies in Poland IT recruitment activity in July 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 9.15% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland medical industry during July 2021 over June 2021.
Demant posted 110 IT jobs in July 2021 and registered a rise of 7.84% over the previous month, followed by Sonova with 45 jobs and a flat growth. GE Healthcare with 5 IT jobs and Smith & Nephew with 4 jobs, recorded a 400% growth and a 33.33% increase, respectively, while Danaher recorded a 50% increase with 3 job postings during July 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 82.61%, up by 8.57% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with an 8.7% share, a growth of 6.67% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 8.7% share, down 15.79% over June 2021.
