The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 11.03% in August 2021 when compared with July 2021.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 40.65% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry during August 2021 over July 2021.
Demant posted 154 IT jobs in August 2021 and registered a rise of 40% over the previous month, followed by Smith & Nephew with 6 jobs and a 50% growth. GE Healthcare with 5 IT jobs and Alcon with 4 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 300% flat growth, respectively, while Danaher recorded an increase of 33.33% with 4 job postings during August 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 73.89%, down by 12.5% from July 2021. Entry Level positions with a 15% share, registered an increase of 68.75% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with an 11.11% share, up 25% over July 2021.
