Germany-based company Sartorius’s IT hiring increased 29.1% in July 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics.
The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 25.96% in July 2021 when compared with June 2021.
IT jobs claimed a 10.77% share in the company’s total hiring activity in July 2021, and recorded a 1.37% growth over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Sartorius IT hiring in July 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Sartorius, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 73.16% in July 2021, and a 52.75% growth over June 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 11.05% in July 2021, and registered a 250% increase. Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 8.95% in July 2021, an 183.33% rise from June 2021.
Europe drives IT hiring at Sartorius
Europe emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in July 2021 with a 37.37% share, which marked a 44.9% growth over the previous month.
North America stood next with 35.79%, registering an 119.35% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 26.32% share and a 6.38% growth over June 2021.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 0.53% and a month-on-month decline of 75%.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 34.21% share in July 2021, a 109.68% growth over June 2021. Germany featured next with a 22.63% share, up 53.57% over the previous month. India recorded a 21.58% share, an increase of 355.56% compared with June 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Sartorius IT hiring activity in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 70.53%, up by 45.65% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with an 18.42% share, a growth of 94.44% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 11.05% share, flat growth over June 2021.
