The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 17.91% in July 2022 when compared with June 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 7.27% share in the company’s total hiring activity in July 2022, and recorded a 0.59% decline over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Baxter International IT hiring in July 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Baxter International, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 50.85% in July 2022, and a 46.43% drop over June 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 13.56% in July 2022, and registered flat growth. Computer and Information Analysts held a share of 13.56% in July 2022, a 20% drop from June 2022.
North America drives IT hiring at Baxter International
North America emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in July 2022 with a 66.1% share, which marked a 26.42% drop over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 20.34%, registering a 60% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with an 11.86% share and a 12.5% drop over June 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 1.69% and a month-on-month decline of 50%.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 54.24% share in July 2022, a 36% decline over June 2022. India featured next with an 11.86% share, down 68.18% over the previous month. Mexico recorded an 8.47% share, an increase of 150% compared with June 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Baxter International IT hiring activity in July 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 55.93%, down by 44.07% from June 2022. Mid Level positions with a 32.2% share, a decline of 26.92% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with an 11.86% share, down 12.5% over June 2022.
