Out of the total IT job titles posted by Carl Zeiss, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 60% in June 2022, and a 32.76% drop over May 2022, while Computer and Information Analysts claimed a share of 12.31% in June 2022, and registered growth of 166.67%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 12.31% in June 2022, a 27.27% drop from May 2022.
Asia-Pacific drives IT hiring at Carl Zeiss
Asia-Pacific emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in June 2022 with a 72.31% share, which marked a 31.88% drop over the previous month.
North America stood next with 21.54%, registering a 26.32% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 6.15% share and a 20% drop over May 2022.
India commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 67.69% share in June 2022, a 35.29% decline over May 2022. US featured next with a 21.54% share, down 26.32% over the previous month. Germany recorded a 6.15% share, a decline of 20% compared with May 2022.

Junior Level jobs held a share of 81.54%, down by 32.05% from May 2022. Mid Level positions with a 12.31% share, a flat growth compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 6.15% share, down 42.86% over May 2022.
