The industry’s overall hiring increased by 13.28% in September 2022 when compared with August 2022.
Out of the medical industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 4.68% share in September 2022, recording a decrease of 0.98% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in France’s medical industry’s IT recruitment activity in September 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 95% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France’s medical industry in September 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 45% in September 2022, registering an 80% growth over the previous month.
2) Computer Support Specialists claimed a 20% share, an increase of 33.33% over the previous month.
3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 15%, registering a 200% rise from August 2022.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 10%, flat growth over the previous month.
Top five medical companies in France’s IT recruitment activity in September 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 225% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of France’s medical industry during September 2022 over August 2022.
Sartorius posted 4 IT jobs in September 2022 and registered a rise of 300% over the previous month, followed by Thermo Fisher Scientific with 3 jobs and a 50% growth. Zimmer Biomet Holdings with 2 IT jobs and Apotheken Dienstleistungsgesellschaft with 2 jobs, recorded a 100% growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during September 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 75%, up by 50% from August 2022. Mid Level positions with a 15% share, registered an increase of 200% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 10% share, flat growth over August 2022.
