The industry’s overall hiring increased by 0.04% in September 2021 when compared with August 2021.

Top five medical companies in India’s IT recruitment activity in September 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 5.98% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of India’s medical industry during September 2021 over August 2021.
Danaher posted 73 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a rise of 12.31% over the previous month, followed by GE Healthcare with 53 jobs and a 32.05% drop. Medtronic with 38 IT jobs and athenahealth with 31 jobs, recorded a 2.7% flat growth and a 6.06% decrease, respectively, while Becton Dickinson and recorded an increase of 19.05% with 25 job postings during September 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 49.74%, down by 34.48% from August 2021. Mid Level positions with a 43.46% share, registered a decline of 6.74% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 6.54% share, down 16.67% over August 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.26%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
