Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers Occupations emerged as the leading IT occupation in Middle East & Africa with a share of 96.97% in February 2022, a 5.88% drop over the previous month. Computer Support Specialists came in next, claiming a share of 3.03% in February 2022, marking a 50% month-on-month decline. In the third place was with a share of % in February 2022, a flat growth from January 2022.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, accounted for a combined average growth of 33.33% in the overall IT recruitment activity of Middle East & Africa’s medical industry during February 2022 over previous month.

Healthy io posted 11 IT jobs in February 2022 and registered an increase of 266.67% over the previous month, followed by Vayyar Imaging with 6 jobs and a 50% growth. GE Healthcare with 3 IT jobs and Nanit with 2 jobs, recorded a 50% rise and a 71.43% drop, respectively, while Agilent Technologies recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during February 2022.

Israel commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with an 81.82% share in February 2022, a 25% decrease over January 2022. United Arab Emirates featured next with a 6.06% share, flat growth over the previous month. Kuwait recorded a 6.06% share, a flat growth compared with January 2022.

Junior Level job postings dominate in February 2022
