The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 10.99% in April 2022 when compared with March 2022.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 53.03% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry during April 2022 over March 2022.
Sonova posted 25 IT jobs in April 2022 and registered a rise of 66.67% over the previous month, followed by Demant with 23 jobs and a 78.1% drop. Zimmer Biomet Holdings with 8 IT jobs and GN Store Nord with 3 jobs, recorded a 300% growth and a 70% decrease, respectively, while Alcon recorded a flat growth with 3 job postings during April 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in April 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 68%, down by 51.89% from March 2022. Entry Level positions with a 22.67% share, registered a decline of 55.26% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 9.33% share, down 61.11% over March 2022.
