Poland’s medical industry registered a 13.7% rise in IT hiring activity in July 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring increased by 6.47% in July 2022 when compared with June 2022.
Out of the medical industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed an 18.92% share in July 2022, recording an increase of 3.02% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s medical industry’s IT recruitment activity in July 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry in July 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 68.37% in July 2022, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a 15.31% share, an increase of 7.14% over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 14.29%, registering a 55.56% rise from June 2022.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 1.02%, down 83.33% over the previous month.
Top five medical companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in July 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 6.9% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry during July 2022 over June 2022.
Demant posted 74 IT jobs in July 2022 and registered a rise of 8.82% over the previous month, followed by Smith & Nephew with 8 jobs and a 300% growth. Medtronic with 5 IT jobs and Sonova with 4 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 50% decrease, respectively, while GN Store Nord recorded a decline of 77.78% with 2 job postings during July 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in July 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 65.31%, down by 22.89% from June 2022. Entry Level positions with a 29.59% share, registered an increase of 163.64% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 5.1% share, up 66.67% over June 2022.
