The industry’s overall hiring increased by 2.5% in May 2022 when compared with April 2022.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 191.3% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry during May 2022 over April 2022.
Demant posted 48 IT jobs in May 2022 and registered a rise of 380% over the previous month, followed by Sonova with 9 jobs and a 12.5% growth. Zimmer Biomet Holdings with 4 IT jobs and GE Healthcare with 3 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 200% growth, respectively, while Qiagen recorded a flat growth with 3 job postings during May 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in May 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 80.56%, up by 132% from April 2022. Mid Level positions with a 15.28% share, registered an increase of 175% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 4.17% share, flat growth over April 2022.
