Poland’s medical industry registered a 24.8% rise in IT hiring activity in May 2022 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring increased by 2.5% in May 2022 when compared with April 2022.
Out of the medical industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 14.05% share in May 2022, recording a decrease of 0.3% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s medical industry’s IT recruitment activity in May 2022
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry in May 2022.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 77.78% in May 2022, registering an 180% growth over the previous month.
2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed an 11.11% share, an increase of 300% over the previous month.
3) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 8.33%, registering a 14.29% decline from April 2022.
4) Computer and Information Analysts captured a share of 1.39%, flat growth over the previous month.
Top five medical companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in May 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 191.3% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry during May 2022 over April 2022.
Demant posted 48 IT jobs in May 2022 and registered a rise of 380% over the previous month, followed by Sonova with 9 jobs and a 12.5% growth. Zimmer Biomet Holdings with 4 IT jobs and GE Healthcare with 3 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 200% growth, respectively, while Qiagen recorded a flat growth with 3 job postings during May 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in May 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 80.56%, up by 132% from April 2022. Mid Level positions with a 15.28% share, registered an increase of 175% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 4.17% share, flat growth over April 2022.
