The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 1.12% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Switzerland’s medical industry during April 2022 over March 2022.
Sonova posted 165 IT jobs in April 2022 and registered a drop of 3.51% over the previous month, followed by Ypsomed with 5 jobs and a 66.67% growth. Alcon with 2 IT jobs and Tecan Group with 2 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a 50% decrease, respectively, while Belimed recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during April 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in April 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 68.31%, down by 5.3% from March 2022. Mid Level positions with a 20.77% share, registered an increase of 11.76% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 10.93% share, down 23.08% over March 2022.
