The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 76.8% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Switzerland’s medical industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
Sonova posted 211 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a rise of 68.8% over the previous month, followed by Alcon with 4 jobs and a flat growth. Carl Zeiss with 2 IT jobs and Bio-Rad Laboratories with 2 jobs, recorded a flat growth and a flat growth, respectively, while Sartorius recorded a flat growth with 2 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 83.26%, up by 71.68% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 12.02% share, registered an increase of 7.69% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 4.72% share, up 10% over October 2021.
