The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 40.49% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s medical industry during June 2022 over May 2022.
Intelerad Medical Systems posted 167 IT jobs in June 2022 and registered a rise of 187.93% over the previous month, followed by Thermo Fisher Scientific with 117 jobs and a 154.35% growth. Abbott Laboratories with 80 IT jobs and Becton Dickinson and with 79 jobs, recorded a 5.26% growth and a 36.8% decrease, respectively, while Laboratoryof America Holdings recorded an increase of 17.46% with 74 job postings during June 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in June 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 63.49%, down by 10.47% from May 2022. Mid Level positions with a 19.55% share, registered a decline of 37.05% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 16.96% share, down 14.91% over May 2022.
