1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 60.77% in September 2021, registering a 5.98% flat growth over the previous month.

2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a 9.76% share, a decrease of 8.53% over the previous month.

3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 9.09%, registering a 6.78% decline from August 2021.

4) Computer Support Specialists captured a share of 7.36%, down 22.61% over the previous month.

Top five medical companies in the US’s IT recruitment activity in September 2021

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 9.93% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s medical industry during September 2021 over August 2021.

Becton Dickinson and posted 169 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a rise of 14.97% over the previous month, followed by Danaher with 154 jobs and a 3.14% drop. Sonova with 130 IT jobs and Abbott Laboratories with 105 jobs, recorded a 3.7% decline and a 14.13% flat growth, respectively, while Hill Rom recorded an increase of 55.74% with 95 job postings during September 2021.

Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 58.58%, down by 4.39% from August 2021. Mid Level positions with a 27.33% share, registered an increase of 6.44% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 13.6% share, down 9.62% over August 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.5%, recording a month-on-month increase of 20%.
