The acquisition enables the acquirer company, which is a medical image analysis solutions provider, to accelerate the delivery of artificial intelligence (AI) driven personalised healthcare solutions.

US-based plastics and silicones moulding provider GW Plastics Inc has merged with Ireland-based 3D printing and prototype design services provider NeraTek Limited.
NeraTek will be merged with the recently acquired injection moulding company Avenue Mould Solutions.
