Imagia Cybernetics Inc has acquired medical imaging software company Cadens Medical Imaging Inc.

Imagia Cybernetics Inc has acquired medical imaging software company Cadens Medical Imaging Inc.

The acquisition enables the acquirer company, which is a medical image analysis solutions provider, to accelerate the delivery of artificial intelligence (AI) driven personalised healthcare solutions.

Both the acquirer and target companies are based in the US.

“GW Plastics expects the merger, coupled with the acquisition, to strengthen its medical device contract manufacturing capabilities in Europe.”

US-based plastics and silicones moulding provider GW Plastics Inc has merged with Ireland-based 3D printing and prototype design services provider NeraTek Limited.

NeraTek will be merged with the recently acquired injection moulding company Avenue Mould Solutions.

GW Plastics expects the merger, coupled with the acquisition, to strengthen its medical device contract manufacturing capabilities in Europe.
