Nissha Co Ltd has acquired French manufacturer Integral Process SAS through its wholly owned subsidiary, Graphic Controls Group.

Nissha Co Ltd has acquired French manufacturer Integral Process SAS through its wholly owned subsidiary, Graphic Controls Group.

The acquisition enables the Japanese industrial materials and electronic components manufacturer to expand its product line and strengthen its position across Europe.

US-based private equity firms The Jordan Company LP and Linden Capital Partners LLC, together with the Young management team, plan to acquire a majority interest from Young Innovations Inc.

Young Innovations is a consumable dental equipment manufacturer and distributor based in the US.

Private equity firm HealthEdge Investment Partners LLC has acquired Westone Laboratories Inc, a custom earpieces designer and manufacturer for the healthcare market.

The acquisition will support HealthEdge Investment’s growth plans across various end markets.

Salter Labs has acquired respiratory products provider RespCare Inc from Mergenet Solutions Inc.

All the entities involved in the acquisition are based in the US.
