Software as a Service (SaaS) platform provider CephX will be unveilling its automated cephalometric analysis technology AlgoCeph in Denver, US.

The fully automated solution has been designed to generate quick and accurate landmark Cephalometric tracing and analysis in a short period of time.

CephX's board member Dr David Grove said: "The world of Orthodontists is evolving rapidly, as it provides patients continuous improvements in care.

"Our first priority has always been to help practitioners focus on that, providing them with peace of mind regarding their Cephalometric analysis.

"Our team of experts leveraged our market understanding and cutting-edge technologies to develop a new generation of Cephalometric analysis software."

“This is also the main reason we have developed AlgoCeph. Our team of experts leveraged our market understanding and cutting-edge technologies to develop a new generation of Cephalometric analysis software.

“After over two years of investment we are proud to be able to deliver what I believe is a substantial market revolution.”

Cephalometric analysis studies skeletal relationships in the craniofacial complex, which is used to predict future changes, evaluate the success factor of an ongoing treatment, and examine a patient's dento-facial proportions to assist doctors to  recognise abnormalities.

The software system features automatic handling of rotated and flipped images, as well as automatic scaling.
