US-based medical device and tissue processing firm CryoLife plans to acquire German vascular grafts maker Jotec for $225m.

The acquisition will expand CryoLife’s product portfolio and strengthen its position in the endovascular surgical market.

UK-based healthcare company BTG Plc has acquired US-based cardiovascular specialty catheters provider Roxwood Medical Inc for $80m.
