BOE Technology Group, a display technologies company, intends to acquire 23.8% stake in Cnoga Medical, a manufacturer of non-invasive medical devices, for $50m.

The transaction will help the latter to market the former’s medical products in China and develop new product lines for the professional health market.

Medical and laboratory equipments provider, Sartorius, plans to acquire Essen BioScience from SFW Capital Partners, for a cash consideration of $320m.

The acquisition, which is expected to be completed before March 2017, will enable Sartorius to expand its bioanalytics portfolio.
