H.B. Fuller Company has agreed to acquire Cyberbond, a manufacturer of engineering adhesives for medical equipment based in the US.
The transaction, which is expected to close by the end of June 2016, will make Cyberbond part of H.B. Fuller’s Engineering Adhesives business segment and enable the latter to strengthen its position in the respective market and expand its portfolio in North America and Europe.
NuVasive, a medical device company specialising in spine solutions, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Biotronic NeuroNetwork, an intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring services provider, for $98m to be paid in cash.
The acquisition, which is expected to close in early July 2016, will enable NuVasive to expand its spine service line offering for health system customers, double its footprint across the US and to consistently deliver high-standard of care.
Centauri Health Solutions has completed the acquisition of IMI Health, which will become part of the former’s new technology centre in Nashville, US.
The acquisition enables Centauri to develop new care opportunities in healthcare and to sustain its growth in Nashville.
