NuTech Medical has been acquired by regenerative medicine company Organogenesis.

The target company will become a new division of Organogenesis, continuing to develop and distribute its product line from existing facilities in Birmingham, Alabama.

Together, the two companies will offer a portfolio of advanced and next-generation products for wound care and surgical biologics markets.

Coltene Holding intends to acquire Diatech, an online vendor specialising in diamond and carbide burs, as well as orthodontic products.

Following the acquisition, Coltene will integrate its business into the newly formed Diatech, which is a subsidiary of Coltene / Whaledent.
