Resonetics LLC has announced the acquisition of laser-cut hypodermic tubing manufacturer Aduro Laser.
The acquisition enables the US-based laser micro manufacturing solutions provider to add laser-cut tubing production capability to its portfolio.
Salter Labs has announced the acquisition of Parker Medical.

The company has also announced the purchase of IntuBrite LLC and Innomed Technologies Inc.
The acquisitions will expand the medical devices manufacturer’s portfolio.
