SFS Group intends to acquire medical device contract manufacturer, Tegra Medical, from Riverside Partners.
Expected to be completed before the end of 2016, the acquisition will integrate Tegra into SFS’ engineered components segment and allows the acquirer to expand its supplier business in medical device industry.
