SFS Group intends to acquire medical device contract manufacturer, Tegra Medical, from Riverside Partners.
Expected to be completed before the end of 2016, the acquisition will integrate Tegra into SFS’ engineered components segment and allows the acquirer to expand its supplier business in medical device industry.
Healthcare services provider, Bionical, has completed the acquisition of clinical research organisation, Emas Pharma, which will continue to operate as a separate business following the acquisition.
The acquisition enables Bionical to offer clinical, commercial and communications services to a number of health care companies including pharmaceutical, biotech and public health in the global healthcare industry.
Chinese medical device company, Jiangsu Yuyue Medical Equipment & Supply, has announced its intention to acquire 61.6% stake in another medical device firm for CNY862.7m ($125.99m).
