Stryker Corp plans to acquire fluorescence imaging solutions provider Novadaq Technologies Inc (Novadaq) for $701m.

The acquisition will enable Stryker to expand its product portfolio into open and plastic reconstructive surgery.

Both the companies involved in the procurement are based in the US.

Diagnostic imaging services provider RadNet Inc has announced the purchase of an equity stake in image enhancement and dose management solutions provider, Medic Vision Imaging Solutions Ltd.

Both the businesses are located in the US.

"The purchase will enable the UK-based scientific instruments maker to expand its presence in the autoimmune and allergy diagnostics sectors."

BBI Group Holding Ltd (BBI Group) plans to procure US-based antibody discovery services provider, Maine Biotechnology Services Inc (MBS).

The acquisition will enable UK-based BBI Group to expand its business.

PerkinElmer plans to acquire 100% stake in Germany-based Euroimmun Medical Laboratory Diagnostics for $1.3bn.

The purchase will enable the UK-based scientific instruments maker to expand its presence in the autoimmune and allergy diagnostics sectors.
