Poland’s medical industry registered a 25.4% rise in IT hiring activity in November 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.
The industry’s overall hiring increased by 29.55% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.

Out of the medical industry’s total hiring activity, IT jobs claimed a 19.6% share in November 2021, recording a decrease of 3.17% over the last three-month average share.
Top five job classifications in Poland’s medical industry’s IT recruitment activity in November 2021
Out of the total job titles, the top five roles commanded a 100% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry in November 2021.
1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 75.95% in November 2021, registering a 39.53% growth over the previous month.
2) Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed an 8.23% share, a decrease of 38.1% over the previous month.
3) Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 6.96%, registering a 22.22% rise from October 2021.
4) Computer Support Specialists captured a share of 6.33%, up 150% over the previous month.
Top five medical companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in November 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 45.45% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s medical industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
Demant posted 123 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a rise of 46.43% over the previous month, followed by GE Healthcare with 10 jobs and a flat growth. PerkinElmer with 5 IT jobs and Sonova with 3 jobs, recorded a 150% growth and a 62.5% decrease, respectively, while Danaher recorded a decline of 40% with 3 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 86.08%, up by 41.67% from October 2021. Entry Level positions with an 8.86% share, registered a decline of 6.67% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 5.06% share, down 38.46% over October 2021.
