Germany-based company Sartorius IT hiring rose 8.0% in November 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics database.

The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 2.65% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.

IT jobs claimed a 12.18% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2021, and recorded a 0.76% growth over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Sartorius IT hiring in November 2021

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Sartorius, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 78.15% in November 2021, and a 22.37% rise over October 2021, while Computer Support Specialists claimed a share of 9.24% in November 2021, and registered a decline of 8.33%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 7.56% in November 2021, a flat growth from October 2021.

Europe drives IT hiring at Sartorius

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in November 2021 with a 62.18% share, which marked a 23.33% rise over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 24.37%, registering a 31.82% month-on-month growth. North America was the third leading region with a 12.61% share and a 21.05% drop over October 2021.

In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 0.84% and a month-on-month decline of 75%.

Germany commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 23.53% share in November 2021, a 40% growth over October 2021. China featured next with a 16.81% share, up 100% over the previous month. US recorded a 12.61% share, a decline of 21.05% compared with October 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead Sartorius IT hiring activity in November 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 75.63%, up by 2.27% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 12.61% share, a growth of 66.67% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with an 11.76% share, up 75% over October 2021.
