Q’Apel Medical has introduced the new 072 Hippo Aspiration System for treating patients with a stroke caused by a large vessel occlusion.
The new stroke system, approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA), features the 072 Hippo Aspiration Catheter and its companion, the Cheetah.

The Hippo catheter’s adaptable tip is said to revolutionise accuracy in engaging and removing clots, delivering customised performance for different clot shapes and sizes.
