Nightingale Health and Genom have entered a partnership to introduce a blood-based risk detection test to clinics and laboratories throughout Croatia.
The collaboration marks Nightingale Health’s entry into the Croatian market.

Genom will make the Nightingale Health Check test available to its network of healthcare providers while Nightingale Health will be responsible for analysing the blood samples collected.
The test generates a ten-year risk estimate for five chronic conditions, notably chronic kidney disease; fatty liver disease; heart attack; ischaemic stroke; and type 2 diabetes, from a single blood sample.
Results are communicated to patients by the clinics and laboratories within Genom’s network, with clinicians making decisions according to existing medical guidelines.
The stated aim is to assist providers in identifying individuals who may benefit from preventive interventions at an earlier stage.
Three pilot programmes of the Nightingale Health Check have been completed in Croatia, with positive demand for the test observed among clinics and laboratories.
Rollout of the Nightingale Health Check across Genom’s network is planned for this year.

In November 2025, Nightingale Health and Terveystalo entered a new agreement that extends the use of the former’s blood analysis to all customer segments of Terveystalo.
