The initiative gives dental practitioners an integrated system for full-arch cases, combining digital planning, surgical guidance, implant technology, practical training and clinical support.
GuidedSMILE said clinicians will follow guided workflows designed to coordinate the stages of treatment, from initial surgical planning and bone reduction to implant placement and the final restorative process.
Clinical training under the agreement will be delivered through Hiossen’s Advanced Dental Implant Research and Education Center (AIC).
The educational unit provides dentists with tailored training programmes, live surgical sessions, and local instruction to help clinicians adopt guided workflows within their practices.
GuidedSMILE president Alan Banks said: “Full-arch treatment has a lot of moving parts, and no single piece of technology solves all of them.
“Hiossen brings tremendous experience in implant dentistry, education and clinician support. We bring a guided workflow built specifically around the challenges of full-arch treatment.
“Putting those strengths together gives doctors a practical way to learn the workflow, use it and have support behind them when they do.”
GuidedSMILE, based in Independence, Ohio, holds seven patents for stackable surgical guide technology. The organisation has produced more than 350,000 surgical guides and supported over 50,000 full-arch procedures.
Its product offering includes CHROME GuidedSMILE alongside other guided systems designed to assist dental practices and laboratories through planning, surgery, provisionalisation, and final restoration.
