RunStar has launched a tube-free upper-arm device, the LoopGo Wireless Blood Pressure Monitor (BP-202), to expand its domestic medical monitoring portfolio.
The apparatus integrates the monitoring unit directly into an adjustable arm cuff, eliminating external tubes and cabling to facilitate portable handling.

It records systolic and diastolic blood pressure, as well as pulse rate, in less than 60 seconds. Readings appear on an integrated thin-film transistor (TFT) colour screen designed with a flip-and-rotate mechanism to adjust viewing angles.
Alongside visual warnings for atypical readings and incorrect cuff fitting, the monitor provides spoken results in five languages: English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
RunStar founder Frank Li said: “Blood pressure monitoring is an important part of understanding your health, but the devices themselves haven’t always been designed with everyday convenience in mind.
“With the RunStar LoopGo wireless blood pressure monitor, we’ve reimagined that experience, bringing the cuff and monitor together in one streamlined design, adding a display that adjusts to the user and making it easier to track readings over time.
“It’s about making a routine health check feel less complicated and easier to stick with.”
Data transfer operates through Bluetooth, which synchronises recorded values with the RunStar mobile application for ongoing monitoring. Internally, the hardware stores up to 99 measurements per user profile.
The portable assembly supports single-handed fitting and relies on an internal cell charged via USB-C, yielding roughly 200 readings per full charge under standard operating conditions.
RunStar manufactures consumer health tracking hardware, producing product lines that include smart scales and blood pressure monitors intended to provide biometric data for personal health management.
