The new device offers secure streaming to multiple destinations simultaneously. It is said to improve clinical staff efficiency through hospital communication with the operating room, as well as external targeted locations such as educational facilities.

ExpandOR streams imaging up to 1080p at 60Hz, helps to capture clinical video and still images, as well as data storage through a USB connection.
The secure multi-node functionality of the device allows the user to choose specific IP addresses and stream content to approved audiences only.
It also offers better control over audience selection, procedural data and patient privacy.
The device, suitable for full-duplex HD video / audio conferencing applications, provides a DVI-D input, DVI-D and S-video outputs, and supports RTSP / RTP and UDP streaming protocols.
