PI (Physik Instrumente) launched a new online shop on 1 October 2019, offering existing and new PI clients supplementary services, including continuous, direct accessibility and a clear comparison of offers.
Prices, availability, and delivery times of products as well as comparing specifications or choosing suitable accessories – PI’s new online shop offers comprehensive information on a large number of PI products. Customers benefit from the basic advantages of an online shop, eg round-the-clock availability, no waiting times and independence from consultants.
“With the online shop, we offer instant access to important information on catalogue products, thus simplifying the ordering process tremendously. Our highly skilled and experienced sales force will still be happy to administer to questions and consulting needs our customers may have,” says Markus Hanemann, Sales Manager e-Commerce at PI. More than one year ago, PI’s subsidiary PI Ceramic presented a limited offer in an online shop. These products will be integrated into PI’s new online shop.
