The subsidiary Sterylene SAS has been absorbed by its parent company IONISOS SAS as part of a simplified merger operation. Thus, the company STERYLENE has been dissolved by right since 31 December 2020.
As of 1 January 2021, all STERYLENE’s activities, contracts, resources, trademarks, patents and personnel are transferred to IONISOS.
The contractual conditions in force between the company and STERYLENE are reproduced identically. This operation has no impact on our usual conditions.
