Carl Zeiss Meditec’s IT hiring activity increases 17.4% in June 2021

Germany-based company Carl Zeiss Meditec’s IT hiring an increased 17.4% in June 2021 when compared with the previous month, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics.

The company’s overall hiring activity an increased by 13.74% in June 2021 when compared with May 2021.

IT jobs claimed a 20.68% share in the company’s total hiring activity in June 2021, and recorded a 3.53% growth over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Carl Zeiss Meditec IT hiring in June 2021

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Carl Zeiss Meditec, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 61.11% in June 2021, and a 14.06% drop over May 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 16.67% in June 2021, and registered an 11.76% decline. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 13.33% in June 2021, a 14.29% drop from May 2021.

Europe drives IT hiring at Carl Zeiss Meditec

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in June 2021 with an 88.89% share, which marked a 15.79% drop over the previous month.

North America stood next with 11.11%, registering a 33.33% month-on-month decline. was the third leading region with a flat share and a flat growth over May 2021.

Germany commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with an 83.33% share in June 2021, a 10.71% decline over May 2021. the US featured next with an 11.11% share, down 33.33% over the previous month.Ireland recorded a 4.44% share, decline of 60% compared with May 2021.

Junior Level jobs lead Carl Zeiss Meditec IT hiring activity in June 2021

Junior Level jobs held a share of 85.56%, down by 20.62% from May 2021. Mid Level positions with a 10% share, a decline of 10% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 4.44% share, flat growth over May 2021.
