The top companies, in terms of number of new job postings tracked by GlobalData, as of Q2 2024 were Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics, Koninklijke Philips, GE HealthCare Technologies, Medtronic, and Baxter International. Together they accounted for a combined share of 82% of all remote patient monitoring-related new jobs in the medical industry.

Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics posted 472 remote patient monitoring-related new jobs in Q2 2024, Koninklijke Philips 322 jobs, GE HealthCare Technologies 61 jobs, Medtronic 60 jobs, and Baxter International 31 jobs, according to GlobalData’s Job Analytics.

Hiring activity was driven by the US with a 45.03% share of total new job postings, Q2 2024

The largest share of remote patient monitoring-related new job postings in the medical industry in Q2 2024 was in the US with 45.03% followed by India (17.80%) and France (11.41%). The share represented by the US was 11 percentage points higher than the 34.27% share it accounted for in Q1 2024.
