The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 5.54% in February 2022 when compared with January 2022.
IT jobs claimed a 7.2% share in the company’s total hiring activity in February 2022, and recorded a 0.13% decline over the last three-month average share.
Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Becton Dickinson and Co IT hiring in February 2022
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Becton Dickinson and Co, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 47.67% in February 2022, and a 2.22% rise over January 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 13.99% in February 2022, and registered growth of 8%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 12.95% in February 2022, a 10.71% drop from January 2022.
North America drives IT hiring at Becton Dickinson and Co
North America emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in February 2022 with an 81.87% share, which marked a 9.72% rise over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 16.58%, registering a 17.95% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 1.55% share and a flat growth over January 2022.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with an 81.87% share in February 2022, a 10.49% growth over January 2022. India featured next with an 8.81% share, down 41.38% over the previous month. Malaysia recorded a 3.11% share, an increase of 500% compared with January 2022.
Junior Level jobs lead Becton Dickinson and Co IT hiring activity in February 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 55.96%, down by 10% from January 2022. Mid Level positions with a 22.8% share, a decline of 13.73% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 21.24% share, up 192.86% over January 2022.
