The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 2.2% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.

IT jobs claimed a 7.54% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2021, and recorded a 0.36% decline over the last three-month average share.

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Becton Dickinson and, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 53.7% in November 2021, and a flat growth over October 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 13.58% in November 2021, and registered growth of 22.22%. Computer and Information Research Scientists held a share of 10.49% in November 2021, an 88.89% rise from October 2021.

North America drives IT hiring at Becton Dickinson and

North America emerged as the leading region in the global medical IT hiring activity in November 2021 with a 79.63% share, which marked a 3.2% rise over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 18.52%, registering a 30.43% month-on-month growth. South & Central America was the third leading region with a 1.23% share and a 100% rise over October 2021.

In the fourth place was Europe with a share of 0.62% and a month-on-month decline of 75%.

The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s medical industry IT hiring activity with a 79.01% share in November 2021, a 2.4% growth over October 2021. India featured next with a 12.35% share, up 5.26% over the previous month. Singapore recorded a 4.94% share, an increase of 300% compared with October 2021.

Junior Level jobs held a share of 62.96%, down by 5.56% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 25.31% share, a growth of 28.13% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with an 11.73% share, up 46.15% over October 2021.
